1: Unrar

2: Drag and drop to the “My Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads” location

3: Load “The Sims 3 launcher”

4: Select the “downloads” tab

5: Check off the boxes next to the newly installed content

6: Install and enjoy!

These where tested on “The Sim 3″ w/ the 1.8 patch…..i have not tested them on “World Adventures” yet.
